Hi! I'm Carol, owner and lead balloon designer at Balloon Element.

I started this company because I love to create experiences that make people feel special. Seeing people smile when they walk into a room full of balloons makes me feel complete.

There's a quote out there that says "People may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel." Balloons have a way of making people feel. 

As a little girl, on the morning of each of my birthdays, my mom would wake me up with a huge bouquet of balloons. These memories still make me feel warm and fuzzy inside. The way my mom would go out of her way to make me feel important and valued marked me deeply. I want everyone to feel important and valued, and to have a picture in their phone standing in front of a whole bunch of balloons.

When I began this company in 2022, I never imagined we would be as busy as we are today. I am truly humbled and inspired by the immense desire I see from clients wanting to celebrate their people by adding grandiose and bigger-than-life balloon displays to their special events. 

I am so happy and grateful to be doing what I'm doing today and I am dedicated to continue making each celebration one that will always be remembered.
